Donna - great post on the tax credit.  The April deadline is fast approaching...wonder if they'll extend again!

Brian: It would be nice if they would extend it, at least through Fall.  Spring through late Fall is our busiest time here.  But if it ends in April, we'll take what we can get.

Ginger:  My market is a second home market so not much call for the tax credits but still, there are some buyers in our market who could benefit.
